Problème dernière exécution archivage

Bonjour à tous.

J’ai un problème lors de l’exécution de l’archivage.

J’ai ce texte mais je n’arrive pas à régler le problème. Je suis hebergé, j’ai créer une tâche toute les heure et j’ai suivi les informations pour l’url mais sans succès. quand le clique sur l’url cela renvoie une erreur 404

L’archivage ne s’est pas encore exécuté avec succès.

“Veuillez vérifier que vous avez une entrée dans al table CRON en exécutant la commande core:archive depuis la console, et que vous avez configuré un MAILTO afin de recevoir les erreurs par courriel si l’archivage échoue. Vous pouvez aussi essayer d’exécuter la commande manuellement depuis la console pour archiver vos rapports manuellement:”

Je ne sais pas ou je dois contrôler ces paramètres, quelqu’un peux m’aider?

Register Downloads of .iso and .txt files

I need to track urgently downloads of .iso and .txt files. So I changed my Matomo script code so:

I updated Matomo, but it seems one of two websites I use the tracker is not tracking at all.
Turned on error-reporting PHP, no php-errors, no access/error logs in /var/log.

I am using WP-Matomo plugin in Wordpress, tried numerous options, it states it is connecting:

WP-Matomo 1.0.22 is successfully connected to Matomo 3.14.0. You are running WordPress 5.4.2.

I have tried using the self hosted HTTP-API and PHP-API but it still gives me no data. The other website on the same server and same settings works fine.

Deleted the entire config for the second website, cleared cache and made a new config, still the same results. No cookies set for my IP, hence I even visited the website anonymous via mobile.

What else to check?

Hallo,
wir haben eine Matomo-Instanz auf Domain X. Der Trackercode ist per Wordpress eingebettet und funktioniert auch. Jetzt haben wir eine weitere Webseite hinzugefügt Domain Y. Keine Subdomain und die Domain liegt auch auf einem anderen Server. Dort ist auch der Code eingebettet.
Allerdings wird hier https://webbkoll.dataskydd.net eine Drittanfrage erkannt, weil die Instanz auf Domain X liegt. Und auch Ghostery meldet den Tracker. Nicht hübsch.

Kann man da irgendwas, irgendwo einstellen, damit dies nicht mehr der Fall ist oder muss ich für Domain Y eine eigene Instanz anlegen? Aber warum kann man dann unter einer Instanz mehrere Webseiten anlegen? Geht das nur mit Subdomains?

Latest Matomo not working in Docker with latest MariaDB - Aborted connection: unconnected and unauthenticated

I am running both “matomo:latest” and “mariadb:latest” in a Docker Container on a fresh Ubuntu 18.04 install. And yes, I did try the ideas mentioned in the FAQ. They did not work.

I can browse to the Matomo setup page just fine, but when I’m supposed to enter the MySQL server details, I get the error message in Matomo:

Error while trying to connect to the database server: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2006] MySQL server has gone away

And the database itself says:

Autoupdate error in core/Http.php(538)

I updated to newest version with oneclick update and now i get the error: "

Premium Plugin - Google developer key

Hello dear matomo members,

unfortunately I didn´t receive any reply from matomo support team for one week, so I would like to ask other ones.

We bought some of matomo premium plugins which need Google developer key. But google rejected our key request with this answer:

Dear API Applicant,

Thank you for submitting an application to the AdWords API. Unfortunately, the application you submitted was rejected due to the following:

  • It appears that you are planning on using a third-party tool ( Matomo ) with an AdWords API token. This is a violation of the Ads API Policies, and is not a permissible use case for API access.

Can any one help me how to continue now, I am end user of matomo so I don´t have exact knowledge about this process.

Abweichungen in den Statistiken matomo/shopware

Hallo zusammen,

wir haben hier ein kleines Problem, dessen Ursache ich gern ergründen würde:
Die Statistiken von Matomo und die Shopware eigenen Statistiken immer eine Abweichung von ca. 20% an.

Ein Beispiel:
**Besucher Juni 2020 **
Matomo: 375.830 Besucher
Shopware: 459.393 Besucher

Besucher 1.7. - 27.7.
Matomo: 410.754 Besucher
Shopware: 473.641 Besucher

Also Shopware trackt rund 20% mehr Besucher als Matomo.

Bots werden laut Shopware nicht erfasst, also können die den Unterschied nicht ausmachen, und dass die Schwankung am Cookie Layer liegt, halte ich auch für ausgeschlossen, oder? Dann müssten ja wenigstens die Zahlen der wiederkehrenden Nutzer identisch sein – oder habe ich einen Denkfehler?

Hat irgendjemand auch schonmal das Problem gehabt oder eine Idee wo ich suchen muss?

Rückwirkend Segment anwenden

Hallo,

wir haben noch eine alte Installation von PIWIK Version 3.11. zu Archivierungszwecken am laufen.
Dort laufen keine neuen Daten rein.

Jetzt haben wir die Anfrage ob man ein neues Segment anlegen und dies Rückwirkend auf alle Daten seit Juni 2018 anwenden kann .
Ist das möglich? Und wenn ja , Wie?
Bisher war ich immer der Meinung das Segmente nur ab dem Zeitpunkt gehen ab dem es erstellt wurde. Nachträglich ein Segment berechnen zu lassen war bisher keine Anforderung.

Matomo not recording any visits

Hello, I have tried the Matomo WP plugin several times and now Matomo on Premises and neither has recorded any visitors. I have cleared up the install errors regarding to the PHP settings, and I have set up tracker debugging. No errors are reported. In Chrome dev tools matomo php and js are returning 200 OK. I have tried both cron jobs and browser archiving…cron job ran successfully but no visits were reported. I don’t see what else could be causing this, but Matomo just does not work on my site. Any other ideas? Thanks

Creating a new Segment and apply it on previous Data

Hello,

is it possible to create a new segment and apply it to the data already collected for the last 1.5 years?
We are still using a Piwik 3.11 version which does not receive any new data, but still provides the old data from 2018 and 2019. If possible, a segment should be created there and applied to the “old” data.
I could not find anything in the Manual.

Visits Log User IDs report

I see inconsistent behaviour for Visits Log and User IDs report.
A new user visit does not consistently show up under Visits Log. Sometimes it does, other times it does not. A user logged into application for the very first time after tracking was enabled, but visit did not show up under Visits log. A few minutes later the same user logged in again and then visit showed up under Visits log.

However, both times her user ID did not show up under User IDs report

Some of the other users are showing up under User IDs report. Some of them showed up immediately after their visit, and showed up a few minutes after their visit.
Appreciate any pointers

Comparison feature in 3.12.0 and Email reports

Hello, in Matomo version 3.12.0 there is comparison feature (https://matomo.org/blog/2019/10/date-and-segment-comparison-feature/) which is great!

The only problem is, it doesnt work in email reports. When i generate email/pdf report i get this link: API&action=index&idSite=1&period=range&date=2020-04-01%2C2020-06-30&updated=2**&comparePeriods[]=range&compareDates[]=2019-04-01%2C2019-06-30** , but in report there is no comparison to slected dates. So i think this is a bug. Correct me if im wrong.

Impossible to use the Marketplace Install Plugin Tab

Hi,

I installed Matomo on my wordpress through the plugin and everything was going well with it.
I bought the Search Engine Keywords Performance plugin but failed to install it.
I can add the key in the ‘subscription’ tab but I can’t have access to the Marketplace Install tab.
It is always showing up the following message:
There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Any idea where this error can be coming from?

My company is using Matomo but our security team would like us to stop tracking some parameters like location, average time on page, date of page visit, amount of page views, and some more. I wanted to see if this was possible?

Tracking cookie-accept from a user?

Hi,

Is there a way Matomo can track if the user has accepted the cookie terms?
I was asked if there was a way to “proof” a user has accepted our cookies-terms, but I wouldn’t think so.
Because we only start tracking after the user has accepted…

Fehlerseitenzählung wegen Matomolink

Hi,

auf unserer Website werden seit 2 Wochen nach jedem Seitenaufruf mehrere Fehlermeldungen gezählt durch den nicht möglichen Aufruf eines Matomolinks.

/matomo/?module=CoreAdminHome&action=optOut&language=de

Diese Zahlen summieren sich unter den Aktionen der Website. Was bedeutet das und wie kann man dieses beheben?
