Creating segments

Objective -
I want to know the # of events on 'Applied Date Filters’
I want to determine how many times user X has applied date filters

Can I do this?

• Create a custom segment - Select event action as ‘Applied Date Filters’ - Use logical operator ‘And’ - Select event action ‘Login with username’ - Select event name with user X
