Import_logs.py / fatal error updatetoken 1&1

i have installed piwik, but dont want to add another js in my page; so i tried to import a logfile.
When i try to import i get:

I have found some infos with Google about timezone; but they are old, so i believe the probelms should be solved. Now i have no idea what to do.

And i am wondering if there is any addon to insert the data we need for this import.
