Actions - Events - Event Actions shows different numbers

Report actions for the /homepage

Applying the default segment 'All Visits' returns crazy HIGH numbers (1.000.000+)
Applying a custom segment via 'Entry URL' returns 'normal' numbers (10.000+)

Now, if someone could enlighten us why this might be ?
