Segments by Page URL with report archiving

We use Piwik to track our customer analytics. We have a customer generating a segment based on a URL parameter in the Page URL. This corresponds to a search parameter they're trying to measure. The segment works, but data only goes back 90 days, which corresponds to how often we archive reports. The segment looks like this:

Is there a way we can provide this customer their segment data despite the data archived?
