@tsteur Sorry, LibreNMS isn't related with this, is only my use case. In case I use Piwik to detect for example mass requests on seach as example, then when I identify IP from attack, I add on my firewall to forbidden access from this IP.
Because this I need to see IP, but users on my Piwik is non-global, they want only to see visitors in their sites, then for they, IP needs to be anonymized.
For this I planning to create a plugin to anonymize IP only for non-global users, because this a question if this plugin can be a problem for Piwik privacy policy.
